Terms and Conditions – Pakganes Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of pakganes.bet (referred to throughout as "pakganes", "the platform", or "we/us"), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visitor, registered player, and guest user of pakganes. They govern all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, bonuses, and all communication with our support team.

Pakganes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and play at pakganes, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your time on the platform:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of play.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under any laws that apply to you personally.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through pakganes or any other gaming platform you have previously used.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pakganes. If it is found that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any pending winnings may be voided, and all balances held in the duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Pakganes uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts, and players are obligated to co-operate with any verification request.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, date of birth, address, and payment details. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All transactions at pakganes are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied — your deposit, account balance, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated and processed in PKR.

Accepted Payment Methods

Pakganes does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside pakganes's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If a withdrawal is requested to a method that does not match the account holder's identity, the withdrawal will be declined and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Pakganes reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks are for the protection of all players and are completed as promptly as possible. Players under active investigation for fraud, abuse, or terms violations will have withdrawals held pending resolution.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Pakganes offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms that govern its eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry. The following general bonus rules apply to all pakganes promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts that meet the stated conditions at the time of the offer.
• A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it and any winnings from it can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on pakganes welcome bonuses is 30x unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as listed in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.
• One account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible for each welcome bonus. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

Pakganes reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly covered in those terms. For anything not covered in the specific terms, these general Terms and Conditions apply.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pakganes are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. The following general rules apply across all gaming activity on the platform:

• Bets are only confirmed when acknowledged by the pakganes system. A bet that has not been accepted and confirmed is not a valid wager regardless of any technical display issue on the user's end.
• In the event of a technical failure or communication error that affects bet settlement, pakganes reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Obvious pricing errors — instances where odds have been published due to a clear technical or human error resulting in a price materially different from the true market — may be voided by pakganes regardless of whether bets have been placed on them.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body. For PSL matches, PCB/PSL official results are the definitive source. Pakganes's settlement decision is final.
• Casino game outcomes on pakganes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors. No external system or strategy can influence or predict RNG outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment and dealing procedures used at the live studio. Pakganes is not responsible for the actions of live dealers beyond what is covered by our service agreements with studio providers.
• The minimum bet across most markets at pakganes is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

Players are responsible for ensuring they are comfortable with all rules applicable to a game or market before placing a bet. Ignorance of specific game rules is not grounds for a refund or reversal.

6 Responsible Gaming

Pakganes is committed to responsible gaming and to ensuring that the platform remains a source of entertainment rather than harm. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously and provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at pakganes, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to increase a limit take 24 hours to come into effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

Pakganes will never make it more difficult to access responsible gaming tools or place obstacles in the path of a player seeking to take a break. These tools are permanently available and function immediately when activated (except deposit limit increases, which carry a 24-hour cooling period as a safety measure).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakganes. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended and any winnings derived from prohibited activity voided and forfeited:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that generates bets without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other promotions more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Laundering money or using pakganes for any financial activity connected to criminal proceedings.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, residency, or any other eligibility criteria.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.

Pakganes employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts showing patterns consistent with any of the above activities will be flagged for investigation. Pakganes cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in relation to any illegal activity detected on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on pakganes — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, game assets, odds data, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of pakganes or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any pakganes content without express written permission.

The names and logos of game providers, payment services, and other third parties displayed on pakganes remain the property of their respective owners and are used with appropriate permissions.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Pakganes collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve service quality. The types of data collected include registration information, transaction history, device and IP data, and communications with the support team.

Pakganes does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

By registering at pakganes, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in these terms and in our full Privacy Policy. 10 Limitation of Liability

Pakganes provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakganes's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Pakganes is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that are outside pakganes's direct control.
• Pakganes is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated winnings on bets that were not placed due to technical issues.
• Pakganes is not responsible for any losses a player incurs as a result of choosing to play on the platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and players participate voluntarily.

Nothing in these terms limits pakganes's liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Pakganes may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activity.
• Account holder's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Receipt of a legal order from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If an account is suspended for investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and the investigation will be conducted as promptly as possible. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balances released.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (deposits minus any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the account holder after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to pakganes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@pakganes.bet. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any eligible balances returned to the registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Pakganes reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pakganes will provide advance notice to registered players via email or a platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal compliance or to prevent fraud.

The revised Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use pakganes after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Pakganes is not liable for any consequence arising from a player's failure to read an updated version of the Terms and Conditions that was duly published and notified.
